Our stay with Mrs. Rosa was unforgettable. Her apartment was lovely and comfortable and she made us feel as we were special guests in her home. We did not know how to speak Italian, but we were able to comunicate with our hearts quite easily. Mrs. Rosa has a very loving heart. Trastevere is a great district! Be sure to go to dinner at "Nievo al 51 Caffè" on Via Ippolito Nievo. Tell them Kat e& Anna sent you. We hope you enyojed your stay as much as we did. We can't wait to come back! I have returned from a wonderful stay in Rome. Just a note to say that my accommodation with Mrs. Giovanna could not have been any better. She was warm and welcoming, very accommodating, patient, and the room was just great. So convenient!  I have to admit that I was looking for something with "charm" like staying in a old Roman villa, but the modern accommodation turn out to be just perfect for my needs. Now that I'm home, I really missed Sig.ra Giovanna rolling in the little cart with the caffè latte (cappuccino) and cornetto (croissant) this morning. Thank you again for your assistance in selecting accomodations in Ciampino during our visit to Rome. The B&B was wonderful, Mrs. Matilde, Gianni and Minica & David were wonderful hosts. We will certainly look forward to staying there again when our travels bring us to Rome. We did use a Limo service for two full days while in Rome but found the subway and local bus service from Ciampino to be easy to use without incident on our 3 days. Gianni went far beyond his responsability by driving us to two restaurants during our stay. Please know that we appreciated so much yours, Matilde and Minica help.       Just a note, there is a wonderful restaurant (Marcello's) within walking distance from the B&B that we found, enjoyed and recommend.
