1) BOOKINGS
are considered valid effective the day of receipt of the cost
of the entire stay. Uncomplete or partial payments do not
assure the booking to be accepted, customers are not eligible
for refunds.
2) For reasons not depending on our willing, should your
accomodation become unavailable, Bed & Breakfast in Italy
will provide you with another one with same quality standards.
3) Check out within 10:00 a.m.
4) Cancellations received in written by fax or postal mail
within fourtyfive days prior the arrival date, assure a total
refund (minus Euro 100.00 deducted as
processing fee for each destination for stays up to three nights. Euro 150.00 for stays longer than three nights); cancellations received within fifteen
days prior the arrival involve a lost of 50%, after the
fourtheenth day, a 100% of penalty will be charged.
