Locanda del Buon Umore- Accommodation in Rome

La Locanda del Buonumore is a country house which is part of a private residential area in a green hill just nearby Via Boccea, out of Casalotti neighbourhood.

The house is built with old materials, it has three single/double/triple rooms. All of them have a private bathroom, windows with a view on the park and are confortably covered in wood.

Clients have a free private car parking.

In spring and summer you can have breakfast under the trees or under a big gazebo; in the other seasons in the big kitchen, with an always lighted fireplace. That surely gives your day a pleasant beginning.

Other two fireplaces and a big majolica wood-burning stove are lighted in the cold seasons obviously together with radiators.

Breakfast is prepared with biologic and biodinamic products, it includes old way homemade bread, cakes and marmelades prepared with the fruits that grow in our garden.

We are in the vicinity of via Boccea, which is considered one of the most beautiful periferic roads of Rome because there are still lots of woods and first '900 farmhouses and castles, among them a very important one.

The area is not lacking of delicious little restaurants in the greenery and "trattorie" offering tipycal cooking very much appreciated by our hosts who mentioned them even on the Hotel reviews.

You can reach the center taking the "A" Metro Battistini that you can reach from via Boccea. In five minutes you are in San Pietro, in ten, fifteen minutes in the Center.
